Information about bookings related to COVID 19/ Corona

in these times of uncertainty and many restrictions you may wonder whether making your reservation for a private guided tour with us for your planned visit to Trondheim is the right thing to do.

You can always book a tour with us – no strings attached

We wish to reassure you that making an appointment for one of our tours is flexible and uncomplicated. The booking is simple (usually via e-mail) and as we like to be payed after a job well-done, on site, prepayments are not necessary. Reservations are free of charge, and you can cancel your tour at any time (of course, as soon as you know that you can´t participate). Depending on availability, you can also rebook the tour for another time.

You can rely on us – for keeping you

In concern for the safety of our community and guests we constantly follow the recommendations, advice and instructions issued by the Norwegian Institute for Public Health and are updating procedures accordingly.

As our work usually implies contact with people, we are extra vigilant with respect to the safety of our guests, so in order to minimise and manage the risk of spreading the virus:

• We abstain from shaking hands,
• We are keeping the recommended safety distance in every encounter,
• We are extra diligent with sanitation and hand hygiene,
• We use digital and contactless payment methods,
• We generally avoid any situation in which we could be exposed or expose anybody to infection, both in our work and your daily lives.
